Strength Training & Assisted Stretching
To maximize the benefits of strength training, we also offer assisted stretching. These are additional 20-30 minute sessions and, while they can be scheduled as a stand alone service, it is recommended that they be utilized to compliment strength training. Our trainers guide clients through a full body stretch routine by manually stretching the muscles through a full range of motion. Benefits include decreased post exercise soreness, improved range of motion, and stress reduction.
