The CAROL Bike
We offer High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) with the world’s first artificial intelligence exercise bike. CAR.O.L’s lead workout replicates that used by scientists. In a workout lasting less than nine minutes, CAR.O.L instructs, automates and guides clients through two 20-second max intensity sprints wrapped in gentle warm-up, recovery, and cool-down periods. Automatic adjustments ensure that riders from 25-80 years old can exercise confidently. Sessions last approximately 12-15 minutes and are recommended 2-4 times per week. Benefits include reduced risk of heart disease, weight loss, lowered blood pressure, increased HDL cholesterol, reduced triglycerides, and lowered blood sugar.
